Catering at Graianfryn is to a high standard with the emphasis on healthy, fresh and imaginative dishes, low in fat, sugar and salt. We use fresh, organic produce where possible, some of it from our own garden. We have been vegetarian for more than twenty years and guarantee that all the food we provide is vegetarian, including cheese. We bake all our bread and rolls from 100% wholemeal organic flour. Catering for vegans is not a problem as many of our meals are dairy-free, but please let us know when you book, as well as details of allergies, special dietary requirements or strong dislikes.

Your day at Graianfryn will start with a healthy breakfast to prepare you for a day in the hills or a relaxing day exploring the locality. Eat as much or as little as you wish. If you’re planning a day’s walk in the mountains we can supply a hearty picnic lunch of our own bread with, perhaps, homemade hommus or paté and some of our delicious cake, with a carton of orange juice.

When you return hungry to Graianfryn after the day’s activities you can relax over a delicious, candle-lit three-course dinner in the attractive dining room. We cook on the day so the dinner menu is a set one – hence it is vital that we know of any special dietary requirements before we start cooking. We are fully licenced and offer a range of vegan organic wines and beers and soft drinks.
